Extreme and technical Death Metal Founded in 2011 in Wolfsburg, Germany, CYPHONISM have made it their mission to combine unconditional death metal with heavy grooves and dense atmospheres, whereby the content mainly deals with themes of cosmic horror and sci-fi. With the release of their debut "Obsidian Nothingness" in 2016, the band was already able to attract attention from the scene. With "Cosmic Voidance", the second album of the band from Lower Saxony is now ready to be released, which refines and consequently continues the path they have taken so far, both in terms of content and style. 10 bone-crushing neckbreakers, stylistically at home in extreme, technical death metal, should strain the neck muscles of every friend of this genre. The album was mixed and mastered by Aljoscha Töpel at Konstrukted Audio Studio. The impressive and conceptual artwork is by Jakhangir Zeynalov and guitarist Julian Müller.

Blast Beats Massacre! The Dresden death metallers from Saprobiontic, founded in December 2012, present their second longplayer with "Apocalyptic Retribution" after an EP (2015) and the debut "Science Of War". The trio, which is now recruited from ex-Purgatory and ex-Profanation members, has dedicated itself entirely to the more extreme death metal sound and enraptures the listener with blast beats attacks, a hard guitar sound and a lot of groove to an aggressive mixture, which is influenced by the forerunners of Florida death metal scene. Friends of truely Death Metal attacks should definitely risk to listen! "Apocalyptic Retribution" was recorded in the summer of 2020 at Soundlodge Studio (Dew Scented, God Dethroned, Sinistsser a.o.) and mixed and mastered by mastermind Jörg Uken. Since the band does not have a permanent drummer at the moment, none other than Michiel van der Plicht (Pestilence, ex-God Dethroned) could be recruited for this task. The artwork is from the unmistakable pen of Luisma (Haemorrhage, Avulsed). A lesson in extreme!  Seit ihrer Debut EP 2018 haben es Soul Grinder in schierer Windeseile geschafft ein Aushängeschild in Sachen exteme Metal aus deutschen Landen zu werden. Die Bremer Deather sind mittlerweile kein Geheimtipp mehr, dafür ist die Schneise der Verwüstung die sie mit ihren bisher 3 Veröffentlichungen und ihren Liveshows hinterlassen zu offensichtlich. Anno 2022 liegt nun, nach der letztjährigen 5-Track EP „Lifeless Obsession“ mit „Anthems From The Abyss“ der zweite Longplayer des Trios vor, auf welchem sie ihren Weg konsequent fortsetzen und dabei ein ums andere mal Maßstäbe in Sachen Brutalität setzen. Feinster Death Metal, von Blast Speed Attacken, über groovige Dampfwalzen bis hin zu mystischen Hymnen. Auch auf ihrem neuen Output bietet die Band eine enorme Bandbreite ohne dabei vom Kern des brutalen Death Metals abzukommen.  Für die Produktion zeigt sich die Band erneut in Form von Maté "Balrogh" Balogh - Balrogh Recordings und Jan Resmer - Silenced Soul Records selbst verantwortlich und sorgt damit erneut für eine alles niederwalzende Soundwand, die ihrem Stil mehr als gerecht wird. Ruthless Death Metal Thunderstorm! Founded in 2015 in Chur, Switzerland, Arcaine present their debut album "As Life Decays", which has a lot to offer! Stylistically more attached to technical Death Metal and extinguished with a pinch of Melodic Death Metal, the guys create a dry to the bone, brutal sound on their first album, which breaks the listener's neck from the very first note. The Swiss are relentless, stonecold, yet groovy and incredibly adept at their work. However, the focus of the quintett is less on death and the devil than on current socio-critical themes. The band also wants to make the listener aware of his responsibility for the actions of mankind. The decadent way of life of the people, their development and their handling of nature is in the foreground and is taken up by the graphic concept of the Polish artist Xaay and visually implemented on the cover artwork.
